Solita Singleton is an analytical leader who takes a consistent approach to helping clients by applying structured, compliance-driven systems, clear communication, and proactive oversight to ensure real estate transactions deadlines are met and processes stay organized from start to close.

For the past 10 years, Solita has worked as a Behavioral Analyst in the Healthcare and Human Services industry, supporting caregivers, clients, and staff in assessing behavior, designing and overseeing evidenced-based treatment plans, supervising staff, analyzing data, and ensuring ethical, compliant service delivery that results in meaningful client outcomes.

Solita was able to leverage her expertise in managing high regulated, time-sensitive processing skills and knowledge of process management and compliance oversight to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals achieve clarity, organization, and consistent results by improving communication, maintaining accountability, and proactively resolving issues before they escalate.
